The Verdict: Misleading. Palin's summary ignores the fact that some of the votes were for measures to lower taxes for many Americans, while increasing them for a much smaller number of taxpayers. The total also includes multiple votes on the same measures and budget votes that would not directly lead to higher taxes.
Not a surprise.

And does anyone know what McCain's voting record on these 94 measures is? I would be curious to know whether the issue is so simple as pro-con, as McCain and Palin allege.

I think he had the figures ready because,as the article said, John McCain has made this claim before. So Biden had the figure ready so that he could have an answer to a point McCain has tried to make again and again. And if I am right McCain had voted no a couple hundred times. I also would like to know if anyone knows how McCain voted on the same issues? Until there is proof Obama did this, and John didn't, this is not something Americans should consider as fact based information. I think we know better now because there are so many unsettling things happening in our fine country. We as Americans need facts now because we have been lied to by the Republicans long enough. There are many issues Americans need to consider when selecting our next leader. Unclear reports on how the senators did or did not vote is not a major factor because they are, as far as I'm concerned,nothing more than unconfirmed allegations.
